What exactly do I receive?

A downloadable bundle containing separate print-ready PDF and high-resolution PNG files for A4, A3 and A2, plus a straightforward printing guide. No frame or physical print is posted.

How quickly can I download it?

Ready-made maps can be delivered immediately after payment. Custom maps need to be rendered from your chosen view; the final turnaround shown at checkout should reflect the production setup you connect to the site.

Where should I get it printed?

A local independent print shop is often the easiest option and lets you discuss paper in person. Online photo and art printers also work well. The supplied guide explains what to upload and which automatic “enhancements” to switch off.

What paper should I choose?

For the cleanest result, choose a heavyweight uncoated or matte paper around 180–250gsm. Avoid glossy photo paper unless you deliberately want a reflective finish.

Can I print a different size?

The supplied A-series files can be scaled between A4, A3 and A2 without changing the proportions. Printing outside those proportions may crop or add borders, so ask before using unusual frame sizes.

Can I give the print as a gift?

Yes. The personal-use licence allows you to print the artwork for yourself or as a personal gift. It does not allow resale, mass production, business use or redistribution of the digital files.

Are physical prints available?

Not currently. No Fixed North is focused on digital downloads for now, giving you control over the printer, paper, frame, cost and delivery time.
